A screening refers to performing a test to check for a disease when there are no signs or symptoms. For example, mammograms are routinely recommended for women on an annual basis to screen for breast cancer. The goal of a screening test is to be able to identify and diagnose a disease at a very early stage to achieve the best chance of cure. We are dedicated to the prevention and early diagnosis of cancer in our community, and strongly believe cancer screening can help save lives.
